Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Loveland, CO

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Summary: Provide professional, goal‑oriented home‑based therapy services to pediatric clients. Work with a team of therapists and nurses to deliver care for children from birth to 21 years old in home and outpatient settings.
Compensation: $75.00 – $85.00 per visit
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities- Perform assessment and treatment of pediatric clients in home and outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document care and progress in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, including nurses and physicians, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in current state of practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of Tentative experience in pediatric rehabilitative services (preferred).
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with families.
- Knowledge of APTA standards and other professional organization requirements.
