Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Summary: Provide professional, goal‑oriented home‑based therapy services to pediatric clients. Work with a team of therapists and nurses to deliver care for children from birth to 21 years old in home and outpatient settings.

Compensation: $75.00 – $85.00 per visit

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000

• Perform assessment and treatment of pediatric clients in home and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document care and progress in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, including nurses and physicians, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in current state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of Tentative experience in pediatric rehabilitative services (preferred).
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with families.
• Knowledge of APTA standards and other professional organization requirements.
