Salary Range:
- Master's Level: $58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
- Master's Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience
Location: Loveland, Colorado - Wilson Location
- Status: (example full time, 40 hours per week)
- Hours: Full Time (3 days per week with 1 night to close) (Monday - Friday)
Role Overview:
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide risk assessments, crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and potential placement for clients. These services are provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crisis or in need of longer-term respite care and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment.
This position will be working with an IOP level of care will be part of the position for substance treatment.
Essential Duties:
- Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program level of care.
- Direct client care to include care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.
- Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
- Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
- Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information.
- Provides on going care coordination within Summit Stone, community agencies and resources.
- Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.
- Provides on-site collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
- Clinical documentation.
- Supports and fosters team values with peers and clinic staff, to provide support and remove barriers.
- Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in timely matter.
- May participate on committees (both internal and external), in meetings, and works on projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
NOTE :
Be aware that licensure must be pursed in this role and have a willingness to engage on the LAC track.

Required:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited College or University and registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
- At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Facilitation of an SUD IOP level of care is required.
Preferred:
- Ability to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program highly preferred.
- Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.
