Overview
GENERAL
PURPOSE:
The Concessions Attendant Lead is responsible for leading and training staff in maintaining operations and assisting customers at the at facility concessions stands. Must demonstrate and lead excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. This role is responsible for assisting and overseeing preparation of area for day to day operation ensuring all policies and codes are in compliance, food preparation, accurate counting and balancing of all transactions, and assisting the Concession Manager on site efficiency and location inventory.
Must be available to work some evenings, weekend and holiday hours. Must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
