Mesa Power Solutions is a growth‑oriented company that manufactures and provides superior, responsible, and reliable power solutions to industrial markets. We produce best‑in‑class generators, and we use advanced telemetry to provide real‑time information to customers.

The CTO for Power Generation is the key executive responsible for guiding the company's technological vision and strategy across all power‑generation assets, technologies, and innovation initiatives.

• Direct the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of an enterprise‑wide technology infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze technology trends that could improve the company's products and performance.
• Guide capital planning from a technology perspective, including lifecycle management, modernization, and asset‑replacement decisions.
• Own the technical integrity of generation assets across their full lifecycle.
• Chair technical review boards and major project gate reviews.
• Develop and execute the company’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions and products for the executive team and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Oversee the company’s technology infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Manage and mentor engineering, IT, and technical operations teams to promote high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational growth.
• Establish and monitor technology budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data security, privacy regulations, and technology standards.
• Build and maintain vendor, partner, and stakeholder relationships to support the company’s technology ecosystem to investors, regulators, and the public.
• Communicate technology vision and initiatives clearly across departments and to stakeholders, including the board of directors.

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or an advanced degree in a related field from an accredited university.

• 15+ years experience in technology leadership roles, including software development, IT operations, or systems engineering.
• 5 years experience in executive or senior leadership roles.

• 2 years Mesa experience.
• Honorably discharged service veterans are preferred.
