Job Title: Senior SAP EWM Consultant

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP EWM implementation, rollout, and support. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in warehouse processes, strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP, and the ability to independently manage complex business requirements from design through hyper‑care support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and production support engagements.
- Design, configure, customize, and test SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
- Configure and work extensively on:
- Warehouse Monitor
- RF Framework
- Goods Receipt (GR) & Goods Issue (GI)
- Physical Inventory Processing
- Process‑Oriented & Layout‑Oriented Storage Control
- Production Supply
- Slotting & Rearrangement
- Replenishment Processing
- Wave Management & Cross Docking
- Handle SAP EWM integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Apply strong understanding of Plan‑to‑Procure and Schedule‑to‑Deliver business processes.
- Perform detailed business process analysis, requirement gathering, validation, and documentation.
- Map client business requirements and propose system solutions, enhancements, and workarounds.
- Identify gaps and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate closely with technical/development teams.
- Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT.
- Conduct end‑user training and provide post‑go‑live support during the hyper‑care phase.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP EWM.
- Strong experience in EWM configuration, customization, and support.
- In‑depth knowledge of EWM organizational structures, master data, and warehouse processes.
- Proven experience in MM, SD, and PP integration.
- Ability to independently manage complex functional requirements.
- Strong documentation skills, including Functional Specifications (FS).
- Experience handling RICEF objects, including custom transactions.
- Prior experience interacting directly with customers for requirement gathering and implementation.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to multiple end‑to‑end SAP EWM project life cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.
