Insurance Sales Representative

Daniel Cuevas and Associates, Inc. – American Family Insurance, located in Loveland, CO, is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join a customer-focused, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, goal-driven, and looking to grow within the insurance industry.

This role is an Agency Team Member working for the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.

• $22 per hour base pay
• Commissions + performance bonuses

• Promote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and new applications
• Meet individual and agency sales goals

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Insurance licensed (Property & Casualty and Life) preferred
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
