Machinist

Intellivation is seeking top-notch individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to join our machining department.

The ideal candidates will be graduates from a machining technology program with at least 2 years of machining experience. We are looking for reliable, precision, and detail-oriented individuals who are committed to supporting our mission for excellence.

Schedule
We are hiring for our afternoon shift, from 11AM - 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Typical Tasks

• Setup and operate Haas 3-axis CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes with live tooling and Y axis.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.
• Setup and operate manual mills and lathes.
• Perform precision machining of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, ceramics, plastics, and other materials, per prints.
• Understand Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Inspect completed parts.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
