Location: Loveland, CO (Fort Collins, CO displayed for references)

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Summary: MM Solutions serves aerospace, medical, and high‑tech industries with custom packaging, professional services, and logistics. The Production Crew Member builds custom crystal crates, heat‑treated pallets, walls, and rate assemblies based on design drawings, maintaining high quality and a safe, fun work environment.

• Build pallets and wall sets from design drawings.
• Understand customer build requirements and shop tool usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain tools and shop equipment, ensuring safe operation.
• Demonstrate company values and anchor principles.
• Operate a forklift safely after obtaining certification.
• Assist with shop maintenance and cross‑train in other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic construction knowledge and carpentry air tools.
• Use of forklift and basic shop equipment.
• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and punctual.
• Read tape measures; perform fractional additions/subtractions.
• Adhere to safety policy and company anchors.
• Work respectfully in a team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Lift to waist and carry >75 lbs consistently.
• Push and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain hearing, hearing depth perception, and color vision at 75–100%.

• Fast‑paced environment with deadline pressure.
• Pre‑employment drug test and background check required.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor expected.

• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or eligible temporary resident).
