Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you’ll assemble, wire, and troubleshoot RF systems for electronics testing, communications, and aerospace/defense applications. You’ll work directly with SOWs, schematics, and wiring diagrams to build precise, high-quality systems that meet rigorous standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong technical skills, and takes pride in building things right the first time.

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems using drawings, sketches, and instructions.
• Integrate test systems with accurate rack and instrument setup.
• Ensure quality standards: clean layouts, proper strain relief, and correct bend radius.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and implement approved changes.
• Follow detailed work instructions from both electronic and physical sources.
• Self-inspect assemblies to maintain quality compliance.
• Resolve assembly conflicts and perform precise wiring of GPIB, LAN, RF, SIGNAL, and POWER cables.

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and a strong understanding of electronics/electrical systems (through work, education, or personal projects like building computers, drones, or vehicles).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized under 22 CFR 120.15).
