Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting on the MCR Ortho Unit, providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance at the point of care
- Work in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience)
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 6 months nursing experience
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
