Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, punctual, honest, and comfortable with customer service. Availability to work consistently, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Host responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and helping with reservations
• Guiding guests to their tables
• Providing accurate wait time estimates
• Offering menus and addressing initial questions
• Optimizing seating for balanced workload
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations
• Performing side work, station setup, and light maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Stamina to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
