Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions:

Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.

Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and according to temperature standards.

Follow food safety standards and report any questionable practices or deliveries.

Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.

Strive to exceed guest expectations.

Be a team player, fostering respectful relationships with management and colleagues.

Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.

Monitor product quality and take actions to ensure standards are met.

Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards.

Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.

Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.

Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.

Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.

Pay Range
