Overview

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is hiring an Bartender in Fort Collins, CO. The position requires a friendly, responsible individual who can mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to deliver an excellent bar experience.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to established standards.
• Provide friendly service to customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bar area.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols.

• Minimum age of 18 years as required by state law.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
• Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds and follow safety protocols (hand washing, masks, gloves).

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely lift, bend, stoop, and reach up to 25 pounds.
• Capacity to transport plates, glasses, and baskets up to 30 times during a shift.
• Ability to use protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift.
• Capability to wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
