- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps.
- Follows proper forklift spotting procedures and proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, organizing product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise.
- Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise and completes required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns.
- Performs cleaning and sanitation of the freezer/cooler/deli area and ensures proper operation of equipment and adherence to Cold Chain procedures.
- Ensures high-quality products are taken care of and available for members; maintains temperature control and monitors expiration dates.
