Job Overview

Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – part‑time role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. – bring our brand to life every day and provide an amazing shopping experience.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to every guest.
• Flex easily between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist teammates in getting the job done and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE & Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.
