Parts Puller​/Runner

• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick‑up
• Locate and retrieve parts from inventory at the request of retail and wholesale parts salespersons
• Deliver the requested parts to the appropriate parts counter, shipping/delivery desk and dealership repair shop as directed by parts salespersons
• Make sure that parts pulled and delivered are accompanied by the paperwork required by parts department policy
• With or without supervision, perform general housekeeping tasks to keep the parts department safe, clean, and in good order
• Assist the shipper/receiver in placing parts in their proper locations in bins, shelves, or racks, etc.
• Assist in the parts department's perpetual inventory as directed by management
• Assist the shipping and receiving clerk (stocker) in their duties when not performing the aforementioned duties

• Prompt and accurate retrieval and delivery of parts within the department
• Strict attention to detail regarding the paperwork accompanying parts pulled and delivered to the retail desk, shipping and receiving and the repair shop
• Safe, orderly, and clean condition of the parts department
• A high level of cooperation with all parts department personnel
• A high level of uniform appearance, personal hygiene, and work habits
• Full time 40hr + week

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Are able to work in a fast‑paced work environment
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ford and Lincoln experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy objects
• Valid driver's license
• Fork lift experience is preferred but not required
