At Schlosser Signs, we design, manufacture, and install custom signage for clients throughout Colorado that brings their visions to life. In business for 25 years Schlosser is a leader in the signage industry, and we are continuing to grow as a full-service provider throughout the Front Range and beyond. With more than 30 employees and projects ranging from single sign installations to hundreds of signs at a single location, we are actively looking to expand by hiring a Sales Executive that is self-motivated, target-driven, and has a passion for exceeding sales goals.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads to develop your sales pipeline continuously through various channels (networking, online contractor subscription services, etc.).
- Meet customer needs and requirements while tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve sales, quote, and closing ratio targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed to network and promote company products/services.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submits orders for processing.
- Have a proactive, can-do approach to sales while collaborating with other team members to help grow the business’ sales pipeline
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in construction.
- Experience accurately qualifying leads and moving prospects through a sales funnel to close.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Open to suggestions with a team-first attitude.
- Personal integrity and business skills to understand customer needs and wants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful track record of managing a sales pipeline and staying organized with customer inquiries, follow up, and after-sales support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Solid organizational skills; able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Resourceful problem solver; can devise creative solutions to problems
- Read and write English.
- Stays fluent and trained in company required software, programs, and operating systems
- Computer proficient; including with the Microsoft suite of products. CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) preferred .
- Excellent communicator
