As an Automotive Sales Professional at Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and conducting effective sales processes to ensure the purchase of vehicles. You will play a key role in welcoming and guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring their needs and preferences are met, and ultimately closing deals. • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Provide information and assistance to customers on available vehicle options, features, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing to effectively answer customer inquiries
• Coordinate with finance and insurance departments to finalize sales transactions
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
