Role Overview

  • Champion our pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers in your area.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, attend conferences, and support training events.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry knowledge, product updates, and compliance standards.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    An accredited BA/BS degree is required
  • 2–5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to travel within your territory
Desired Requirements
  • Previous B2B, inside sales, or internship sales experience
  • Recent experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
  • Promoting a specialty product
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS
  • Strong analytics experience leveraging sales reporting to develop sales strategies
  • Ability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,000k to $125,000k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
