• Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize the K‑Designers proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Present to homeowners in person (travel to/from prospective customer homes required)

• Hungry, motivated closers aiming for six‑figure earnings
• Confident communicator with strong sales instincts
• Willing to follow a proven system that works
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (75% travel required)
• Ability to meet homeowners in person
• 1+ year(s) sales experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Motivated, self‑starter with a drive for success
• Results‑oriented, money‑motivated
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to close approximately 25% of leads issued
