Ruby Developer

At Community Solutions Group, the best Ruby Developer isn't the one who writes the most code but the one whose Django decisions age the gracefully. The pitch is honest — $61,000 - $86,000, real ownership of technology outcomes, and a Community Solutions Group crew in Loveland that has your back.

• Mentor the junior cohort through their first real Express.js on-call at Community Solutions Group
• Catch the Express.js race conditions that only surface under Loveland peak traffic
• Translate technology compliance rules into GraphQL guardrails baked into the build
• Cut Express.js cold-start times so Community Solutions Group functions wake before CO users notice
• Build the Self-Motivation tooling that makes every other Loveland engineer faster

• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support junior teammates
• Around 1+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role

Here at Community Solutions Group, we combine no-ego engineering with a relentless focus on the customers we serve in Loveland, CO. We believe great Ruby on Rails work comes from people who feel safe to experiment and occasionally fail.
