The Yoga, Pilates, and Barre instructors at Chuze lead various types of yoga and pilates classes designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well‑being. • Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class prepared with any necessary equipment and music and adhering to licensing agency requirements
• Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates
• Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check‑ins, training, and session evaluations
• Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials
• Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings
• Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications
