Job Description

Eagle Rock Distributing Co. is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused CDL Transfer Driver to deliver and service our branches while providing top‑notch service to our accounts. This role is perfect for a professional driver who values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Safely operate company vehicles and transport products between branches.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve any account concerns.
• Complete all transfers and required documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily DOT pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and complete check‑in/out procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required.
• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.
• Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and able to problem‑solve effectively.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism at all times.

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting during shifts.
• Ability to handle trucks, trailers, and related equipment safely.
• Work in warehouses, loading docks, and retail environments, with exposure to various weather conditions and noise.

Compensation: $30 per hour

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
