Base pay range: $16.25/hr - $18.00/hr

We are seeking a Seasonal Distribution Clerk to join our Distribution Center in Loveland, CO. This is a full‑time seasonal opportunity through June 30, 2026, with hours Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, occasional overtime.

This role is responsible for shipment order processing, material handling, and logistics/inventory software use. You will help the team pick, pack and ship products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting ministry impact through operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is reliable, team‑oriented, able to multi‑task, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Replenish materials and report deviations from standard processes
• Inspect orders for accuracy and product quality
• Package products securely to ensure damage‑free delivery
• Create proper carton labeling for shipments
• Monitor and report on shipping supplies and equipment
• Record accurate shipping information in warehouse systems
• Prepare and deliver outgoing packages to carriers on time
• Perform inventory transactions in WMS and related systems
• Maintain knowledge of all Distribution Center tasks, including receiving, warehousing, delivery, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
