Key responsibilities include:

• Purposeful Leadership: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring we meet and exceed regulatory standards while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Champion of Quality & Compliance: Set high standards for resident care and confidently address challenges with sound judgment.
• Advocate for Residents' Rights: Prioritize dignity, privacy, and compassion in every interaction.
• Mentor & Inspire Your Team: Recruit, develop, and support your nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and trust.
• Infection Control & Safety Leader: Design and implement effective safety protocols as the Infection Control Coordinator.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets that ensure exceptional care without compromise.

We're looking for someone who brings experience, heart, and leadership to the table:

• Active Ohio RN License (required)
• 5+ years in long-term care
  , including1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
  with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Empathetic, Solution-Oriented Leader
  who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with on-call duties
