As our DON, you'll do more than manage—you'll inspire, mentor, and empower your team. Your leadership will directly impact the lives of our residents and the success of our nursing staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Purposeful Leadership: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring we meet and exceed regulatory standards while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Champion of Quality & Compliance: Set high standards for resident care and confidently address challenges with sound judgment.
- Advocate for Residents' Rights: Prioritize dignity, privacy, and compassion in every interaction.
- Mentor & Inspire Your Team: Recruit, develop, and support your nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and trust.
- Infection Control & Safety Leader: Design and implement effective safety protocols as the Infection Control Coordinator.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets that ensure exceptional care without compromise.
We're looking for someone who brings experience, heart, and leadership to the table:
- Active Ohio RN License (required)
- 5+ years in long-term care
, including1+ year in a leadership role - Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
with the ability to motivate and inspire your team - Empathetic, Solution-Oriented Leader
who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Salary & ScheduleSalary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with on-call duties
