Pay Range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. Join a dynamic, clinically driven team dedicated to exemplary patient care and rehabilitation programs.

• Graduated from an accredited university.
• Valid (or in process) license in the appropriate state.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
