• Operate company CDL-A tractors for long-haul routes across the United States

• Starting pay rate is $0.50 - $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty (Includes per diem)
• Safety-based pay progression: raise after 30 days if accident-free with high safety score; subsequent pay increases reviewed bi-annually
• Weekly guaranteed pay for working a full schedule
• Detention pay, layover pay, and stop pay

• Top-of-the-line late-model equipment

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 12 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21 years old
• No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
• Zero accidents in the last 6 months
• No more than 1 accident in the last 12 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in a 3-year period
• No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
• DOT physical and drug screen required
