What You ll Do- Help customers schedule delivery dates and times
- Communicate through phone, computer, and email systems
- Provide accurate, professional support - no sales, just service
- Maintain detailed records and ensure follow-through on requests
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
