Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, personable customer service representative to help us deliver the best pizza experience. You’ll work during the busy hours of the day and night, with schedules that work for you. Whether you’re looking for a full‑time or part‑time opportunity, or just a side job to supplement your income, Domino’s offers the flexibility and growth potential you need.
Responsibilities- Operate all store equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Make and label pizza boxes.
- Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for fast and accurate movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
- Sudden temperature changes in the work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including a walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Standing for most tasks.
- Short walking distances.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb) with hand trucks; stacking onto shelves up to 72 in. high.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough (12 lb per tray).
- Pushing: trays on dollies, up to 30 lb force.
- Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders.
- Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting for stocking and cleaning.
- Reaching: upward, downward, forward, occasionally above 72 in.
- Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, use of hands continuously, frequent pinching, manipulating pizza peel, cutter, etc.
