As a Security Officer - Distribution Access in Lowell, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents. You will interact with visitors and team members, providing outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals and/or vehicles entering or exiting the premises according to established protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and management regarding security‑related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
