Responsibilities
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan).
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Selling Technician.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law).
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
