Join a team that keeps America moving! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Equipment Installer to join our installation team in Lowell, AR. In this part-time role, you’ll install and assemble transport refrigeration systems, APU units, diesel heaters, and custom components for trucks and trailers that keep temperature-controlled fleets running efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Install APU units, cab air heaters, coolant heaters, and refrigeration units (new and used)
- Install cab air conditioning systems and assemble custom parts for customers or OEMs
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and power tools safely and effectively
- Meet standard installation times while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Travel occasionally for training or customer needs
- Support teammates and uphold company safety standards
- High school diploma or vocational training (or equivalent experience)
- Basic mechanical and electrical installation skills
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied shop and outdoor environments
- Toolbox with basic hand tools
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- EPA 609 Certification
- Tri-Pac Install Certification
- Forklift Certification
You’ll also need your own toolbox and standard/metric hand and air tools.
