Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistants are vital in creating a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes resident well-being. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a respectful, dignified, and personalized care experience.
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with nursing teams for comprehensive care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility through transfers and repositioning
- Help with meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional states
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification in Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and bending
- Passion for geriatric care and commitment to excellence
