• Apply knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) to analyze complex SaaS contracts and transactions.
• Collaborate across functional teams, to understand project deliverables, milestones, and revenue recognition criteria to ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue.
• Assess the impact of contract modifications on revenue recognition.
• Execute weekly and monthly revenue accounting imports, from revenue subledger to general ledger. Troubleshoot processing errors.
• Review month‑end account reconciliations, for deferred revenue, contract asset and sales return reserves.
• Perform detailed financial analysis related to revenue reserves. Assess and prepare reserve judgements based on customer activity.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to address discrepancies and provide guidance on revenue‑related matters.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of UKG revenue close.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements related to revenue recognition.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of corporate experience in revenue accounting or 3+ years of public accounting experience. Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15 is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to interpret and apply accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in preparation or review of account reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven interest/ability in learning new systems/data tools.
• Excellent Excel skill level (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements) and experience/ability in manipulating large data sets.
• Ability to multi‑task and to proactively resolve problems in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
• Experience working with different data sources/systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics
  365, Oracle, Rev Pro (Zuora) and Salesforce.
• Experience using Alteryx and/or Cognos.
