- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Location:
Lowell, MA
Pay range: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour (local minimum wage laws apply). Individual pay is determined by experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
