We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Lowell, MA area. About the Position of Assistant ManagerAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and safeguard the safety of team members.
About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, ensure satisfaction, and strive to meet customer expectations throughout the service experience.

QualificationsWe recruit team members who share our commitment to providing complete customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant or Service Manager, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales.
- Possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance.
- OR have a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position.
