As an Automotive Tire Technician at Mavis Tire, you are the backbone of our business. You will install new tires and wheels, perform tire services—including rotations, balancing and flat repairs—and earn a competitive base rate plus weekly bonus payments tied to each service you complete.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Deliver best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
• Adhere to industry‑leading processes, learn through paid training, and consistently meet customer‑promised delivery times.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work five days each week.
• Motivated by commissions and incentive compensation.
