Kallidus Technologies, Inc. endeavors to deliver quality construction service. We provide general contracting and design/build services for federal clients. The position will be a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.

• Coordinate field activities
• Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to subcontractors
• Enforce safety
• Conduct site visits
• Prepare daily reports
• Control costs
• Handle RFIs
• Process change orders
• Conduct value engineering

• Successfully completed a minimum of 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million
• 5+ years of experience & OSHA 30‑hour training
• Ability to read blueprints & specifications
• Federal or public work experience
• School construction experience is an advantage
• Computer skills: email, Microsoft Word, Excel, RFI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
