We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You’ll provide outpatient primary care for both pediatric and adult patients with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week, supported by a multidisciplinary team focused on relationship-based care.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One evening shift each week (11:00 AM-8:00 PM)
• 32 hours of patient care + 8 hours protected administrative time
• Sustainable volume of 2-3 patients per hour

• $294,694 annual salary

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Massachusetts medical license
