Faculty Part Time - Management

General Summary of Position:

The Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for Adjunct Professors (standard teaching load 1-2 courses per semester). The successful candidates will be expected to teach a variety of management classes to our undergraduate and graduate students starting January 2026. Immediate needs include are for MGMT 3010 Organizational Behavior, MGMT 3800 Business Ethics, MGMT 4400 International Business and MGMT 4900 Strategic Management.

• Applicants must have earned a graduate degree in Business from an AACSB‑accredited school
• Ability or experience teaching MGMT 3100 Human Resources
• Minimum 10 years of professional work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams

• PhD in Management or a related discipline
• Prior experience teaching in a business school
