Who We Are

- This position does require a strong on‑campus presence on the Larimer Campus (Fort Collins) and will need to travel occasionally to all two FRCC Campuses.
- This position works the following shift: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, M-F with one day remote.
- This position can work from either the Westminster Campus (Westminster) or the Boulder County Campus (Longmont).
Job Overview
The FLAC/Schedule office provides administrative support for internal customers (e.g., deans, chairs, leads, faculty, instructors, staff, and students), specifically those that impact faculty pay, adjunct instructional pay, course scheduling, room assignments and other items related to Academic Affairs. This office and position also provide support for Associate Vice President of Academic Success. (
