Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator - Structural steel
Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
OverviewThis role ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace within a fast-paced steel fabrication and construction environment. You’ll lead EHS initiatives that protect people, the environment, and project performance, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain EHS programs across plant and field operations
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
- Provide training, support, and guidance to employees and supervisors
- Track safety performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- 3–5+ years of EHS experience in steel fabrication and erection
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field
