Requires a BS or MS in Engineering or Physics with 5+ years fab experience, deep knowledge of Dry Plasma Etch, materials systems, and strong data mining/statistics, SPC/DOE, Lean/Six Sigma. RSU eligible; salary $98k–$142k; ITAR compliance; EOE.
