• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process to delight every customer; tips may be earned.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the vehicle is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check completed.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
• Driver’s license required for team lead positions.
