About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process for automotive sales, ensuring compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent and ethical manner.
• Secure financing through multiple lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
• Prepare accurate paperwork and contracts for all transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize deal structures and improve overall profitability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing clear explanations of products and terms.
• Monitor and achieve monthly F&I performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and finance tools.
• High ethical standards and commitment to customer service.

Locations

We are hiring for positions in Norwood, MA and Northern Massachusetts
. Candidates should be willing to work onsite at one of our dealership locations.
