  • Patient Volume:
    Providers see 14-16 patients per 8-hour day.
  • Time Per Appointment:
    Average appointment length is 35 minutes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal panel of patients and/or co-manage patients with other physicians in the practice.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, focusing on holistic care and long-term wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Continuously improve skills and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Licensed provider with an active, unrestricted license in Massachusetts.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in value-based care and population health management.
