• Serve as a support to the front office and act as a communication and information resource for patient services.
• Assist with referral intake, scheduling, and registration.
• Ensure all potential patients are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while protecting the medical, financial, and legal interests of the hospital.
• Cover outpatient clinics within the Network.

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to type.
