Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Centers of America
Full‑Time
Location: Lowell/Tewksbury, MA
Pay: $52,000.00/yr ($25/hr) – base pay range $52,000 – $52,000. Final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials.
Starting rate: $25/hour.

What You'll Do- Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or new centers.
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior treatments.
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
- Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client needs.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Paid RBT training.
- Qualified to sit for RBT exam within 45 days of hire after 40‑hour paid training.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age (21+ if in New Jersey).
- Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
- Maintained clean background, drug screenings, and driving record.
- Ability to attend 40‑hour paid RBT training and pass the exam within 45 days of hire (BT); required paid training program (RBT).
- 21 paid days off (15 PTO days increasing with tenure + 6 holidays).
