Location: Lowell/Tewksbury, MA

Pay: $52,000.00/yr ($25/hr) – base pay range $52,000 – $52,000. Final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials.

Starting rate: $25/hour.

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or new centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client needs.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Paid RBT training.
• Qualified to sit for RBT exam within 45 days of hire after 40‑hour paid training.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age (21+ if in New Jersey).
• Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
• Maintained clean background, drug screenings, and driving record.
• Ability to attend 40‑hour paid RBT training and pass the exam within 45 days of hire (BT); required paid training program (RBT).
