Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: 2:30 PM–8:00 PM, depending on the case We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout Norfolk, MA. Most cases are Monday–Friday between approximately 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
, with many schedules around 3–6 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4–7 PM, or 4–8 PM. Some weekend hours may also be available. Exact schedules vary by case. Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
Implement activities and interventions as directed
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
Complete required session documentation
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Reliable and consistent attendance
Patient, compassionate, and energetic
Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
