Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide in-home OT services under an OT plan of care. You will visit patients regularly, monitor progress, and document outcomes while coordinating with the care team.
You must have a current COTA certification, completion of an OT curriculum, at least one year of clinical COTA experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between patient homes. A driver’s license or reliable transport is required.
